Tis the season for colds, coughs, sinus congestion and an increase in Kapha Dosha (earth and water) You are invited to come and learn more about the many ways we can balance these elements within us, and stay healthy with the use of Ayurvedic herbal remedies, specific foods, and yoga asanas to increase warmth and digestion.
