New to Yoga

Start with Iyengar Foundations for Beginners or try our Hatha class. Supportive instructors will listen to your needs and provide gentle guidance. Slow and deliberate movements make this type of yoga perfect for beginners. Focus on alignment makes sure you have the right form.

With a focus on slow, long holds, check out our Restorative and Yin Yoga for Myofascial Release Restorative classes to restore your mind and body. For even deeper breath awareness work, join our Pranayama class to relax and develop a mindful breath practice.
